Notes
1. The above payments shall be made to the Consultant provided that the
payments to be made at any time shall not exceed the amount certified by the
Consultant in its Statement of Expenses.
2. All Reports shall first be submitted as draft reports for comments of the
Authority. The Authority shall provide its comments no later than three weeks
from the date of receiving a draft report and in case no comments are
provided within such three weeks, the Consultant shall finalise its report.
Provided, however, that the Authority may take up to four weeks in providing
its comments on the Draft Financial Appraisal Report.
