The first step is always easy
foun·da·tion [faʊn’deɪʃən]: (intellectual) groundwork, basis. At CENTURION, the development and the launch of
a new bike join many of the most different professions: For example, engineers meet designers; product managers
meet marketing experts; and distribution staff talk to sales representatives. As to bikes for kids, all of these CENTU-
RION people share one important aspect: They are parents themselves and thus know very well how good bikes for
young ones must be.
No matter if you are an enthused biker yourself and you want to familiarize your child with this great hobby – or if she/
he has discovered this excellent idea all by her-/himself or has got in touch with it via some friends at school: The right
start is always essential. Of course, you as the parents do want to ensure that the investment “bicycle” (which occurs
periodically while a child grows up) does not cause disproportionate costs. But reliable quality pays off in the long run
– not only because the right bicycle does actually satisfy the demands of young “pedal knights”: It also encourages
cycling fun and therefore the prospect of the lifelong hobby “biking”.
The CENTURION product range for kids and youngsters already begins with a trainer bike lacking pedals: Our R’Bock
12 Walk is robust enough for your kid and light enough to be carried by you. At the other end of the scale, there is the
R’Bock Ultimate 24 Race – a “genuine” MTB with suspension fork, calliper brakes and full suitability for competing.
And between: Many fascinating CENTURION bikes. Have fun with growing along!
