The KCC chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi will<br />

host the second of two Town Hall Meetings at 7<br />

p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 in the Workforce<br />

Development Center Conference Hall.<br />

Participants will meet the candidates for circuit<br />

judge, Democrat Adrienne Albrecht and<br />

Republican Chris Bohlen.<br />

The Town Hall Meetings are free and open to the public. KCC<br />

professor Kristine Condon will moderate.<br />

Lambda Epsilon Chi is a nationally-based honor society in<br />

paralegal/legal assistant studies. Oversight of the society is provided<br />

by the American Association for Paralegal Education.<br />

'Ultimate Roadtrip' to career success--Sept. 25<br />

KCC students--especially freshman--are invited to "The Ultimate<br />

Road Trip," a free interactive presentation.<br />

The presentation will be noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25 in<br />

the Iroquois Room.<br />

Students will be involved in on-stage activities and will recieve a<br />

guidebook to fill in during the presentation.<br />

Topics will relate to managing time, developing skills sought by<br />

employers, and taking actions during college to maximize future<br />

opportunities.<br />

The event is free, and no reservations are required. It is sponsored<br />

by the office of Career Services in cooperation with Monster.com.<br />

Student services is offering fall workshops<br />

The office of Student Services is offering a number of workshops<br />

throughout the semester.<br />

Faculty and staff are encouraged to tell students about these<br />

opportunities.For more information about any of the workshops,<br />

including how to reserve a space to attend, phone Student Services<br />
