series for preschoolers that meet our
exacting standards – not only for entertainment
value but learning outcomes as
well. Each combines delightful visuals with
age-appropriate storylines and endearing
characters that kids are sure to love.
Guess How Much I
Love You
Mondays and Fridays at 9am
“I love you right up to the moon – and
back.” The famous line from Sam Mc-
Bratney’s book has become a bedtime
favourite. Now Little and Big Nutbrown
Hare are coming to Knowledge Kids in
this beautifully crafted series. As the
two hares and their friends explore their
world, they share with young viewers the
wonders of nature, imagination and love.
Poppy Cat
Weekdays at 9:30am
Based on the bestselling books by Lara
Jones, this captivating new series stars
a little cat whose big imagination turns
everyday objects into amazing things. Is
that a cardboard box or a sea-going ship?
A blanket or a hot-air balloon? Poppy
Cat has mastered the art of pretend play,
and preschoolers will be delighted and
inspired by her fantastic adventures with
her friends.
Small Potatoes
Weekdays at 9:41am and
9:55am
This three-minute animated series about
a band of four adorable potatoes is a treat
for children and adults alike. Each episode
represents a different phase in the band’s
career, from its “roots” in rock and roll to
their journey into jazz, reggae, ska and
hip-hop. Short but sweet, it’s meant to
foster music appreciation and knowledge.
