Start time = 9:30am
Finish time = 5:00pm
Equipment = ~5 tables, ~10 chairs, starting blocks, hurdles (to be used for long jump
runway), infield sand pit, high jump pit, 1 shot put circle, microphone (field level)
Expected # of participants = ~300
Expected # of spectators = ~50

In-Season Tasks: (February)
Create & send packages out to school, including (see electronic files):
―Duty Roster‖
―Meet Information‖
―Time of Events‖
―Event info‖
meet stickers for each school
o Send ―Time of Events‖ to the timers (Steve from RacerResults)
o Get banners & ribbons from KPAC vice-president
o Get divisional starter‘s pistol & caps
Meet Tasks:
Hold coaches meeting 15-30 minutes before meet starts
Hand out meet schedule (note: meet start time enforced)
How to run events (ie. Entry heights, field events – top 8 get additional 3 attempts if time allows)
Recording- As results come in, tabulate and add to master recording list, then post on wall. (ie. Don‘t
wait until the end of the meet to tabulate points to declare winners)

Summary of league play, play offs, and provincials to all KPAC schools
