Rules:<br />
a) I.A.A.F. (Canadian) Track & Field rules shall apply, except where specified.<br />
b) Field event competitors will have 3 trials with the top 8 places receiving 3 more trials.<br />
c) Where applicable, the 8 fastest times will advance from the heats to the finals.<br />
Organization:<br />
The 3000m, 200m heats, and the medley relays will be held at 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm, a minimum of one<br />
day before the K.P.A.C. .championships. The remainder of the schedule will be held on one full day.<br />
Each member school will release a number of teachers to officiate the meet adequately.<br />
High Jump:<br />

Meet stickers for each school<br />
Send ―Time of Events‖ to the timers (Steve from RacerResults)<br />
Get banners & ribbons from <strong>KPAC</strong> vice-president<br />
Get divisional starter‘s pistol & caps<br />
Meet Tasks:<br />
Hold coaches meeting 15-30 minutes before meet starts<br />
Hand out meet schedule (note: meet start time enforced)<br />
How to run events (ie. Entry heights, field events – top 8 get additional 3 attempts if time allows)<br />
Recording- As results come in record them into Meet Manager, tabulate and add to master recording<br />
list, then post on wall.<br />
