KILCONA PEGUIS ATHLETIC CONFERENCE<br />

(K.P.A.C.)<br />

Article I: Organization<br />

Zone 14, the Kilcona Peguis Athletic Conference hereafter known as the K.P.A.C., shall consist of:<br />

1. An Executive Council<br />

2. An Athletic Council<br />

The following high schools are members of K.P.A.C.:<br />

Garden City Collegiate<br />

Kildonan East Collegiate<br />

Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive School<br />

Maples Collegiate<br />

Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute<br />

Miles Macdonell Collegiate<br />

Murdoch MacKay Collegiate<br />

River East Collegiate<br />

Springfield Collegiate Institute<br />

Transcona Collegiate Institute<br />

West Kildonan Collegiate<br />

Article II: Objectives<br />

The objectives of the K.P.A.C. are:<br />

1. To organize and provide various types of competition as outlined in this Constitution.<br />

2. To consider the welfare of the participants as the primary criterion upon which all policies of the<br />

Association are based.<br />

3. To maintain a high level of fair play in all activities.<br />

Reference fair play policy in M.H.S.A.A. handbook.<br />

4. To provide an outlet for the skills learned and the appreciations developed through competition.<br />

5. To sponsor activities that promotes the objectives of secondary education.<br />

Article III: Membership<br />

Section I:<br />

Application for membership in the K.P.A.C. shall be open to all Collegiates in M.H.S.A.A.'s Zone 14.<br />

Section II:<br />

Acceptance of written application for membership shall be conditional upon a school meeting the following<br />

requirements<br />

1. Provision of adequate facilities for the sports entered.<br />

2. Acceptance of its colours by the Association.<br />
