<strong>IBI</strong> <strong>Group</strong> was selected through design competition to build the new<br />
Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub. The facility encompasses the design<br />
of a 35,000 sq ft terminal for Amtrak, Utah Transit Authority and<br />
Greyhound passengers. The facility will include the retrofitting and<br />
seismic upgrade of an existing warehouse facility that is 18,000 sq ft in<br />
area. The existing building is of historical significance and its existing<br />
character will be maintained.<br />
