19. Q. If I need a few additional nights, can I rent them and stay in the same villa?<br />

A. If we are not expecting another Owner in the villa you are occupying, there is the possibility<br />

that you can stay in the same villa for the extra nights. Please call 1-800-925-9999 to discuss<br />

options with one of our consultants or visit www.westgatedestinations.com to find the<br />

Owner discounted rental rate.<br />

20. Q. When is the HOA fee due?<br />

A. We encourage you to pay your HOA fee upon receipt. To avoid late fees, payments must be<br />

received no later than January 2nd of the year being billed. Complete information is included<br />

in the invoice(s) mailed. If you wish to deposit your week with Interval International, <strong>Westgate</strong><br />

Cruise and Travel, another exchange company, or if you would like to make a Developer<br />

Exchange, all fees must be paid prior to the due date. To use a confirmed reservation, a Float<br />

Week Owner must pay all HOA fees by the collection due date each calendar year or by thirty<br />

(30) days prior to check-in, whichever occurs earlier. Any reservation confirmed prior to the<br />

due date will be subject to cancellation if the Owner does not pay the fees by the due date.<br />

21. Q. Can I change which day of the week I am scheduled to check –in?<br />

A. At resorts utilizing the fixed week plan, Owners have a designated check-in day assigned.<br />

Under this plan, if you wish to travel the same week but arrive on a different day, it would<br />

require an exchange request and the payment of a Developer Exchange fee. At resorts<br />

utilizing the floating plan, both float and fixed week Owners have flexibility on check-in days<br />

according to availability. Please refer to your resort’s Public Offering Statement or contact us at<br />

1-800-925-9999 or 407-355-1105. You can also place a service request online through your<br />

Online Account Management (OAM) account at www.westgateowners.com.<br />

22. Q. Can I confirm my fixed week usage right online?<br />

A. Yes, visit www.westgateowners.com and visit the Owners section.<br />

23. Q. I need a larger villa because my family has grown.<br />

A. Please contact our Telesales department at 1-800-651-7606 or 407-355-1666 and they<br />

will give you information on how to upgrade to a larger villa to accommodate your needs.<br />
