14. Q. I only need to reserve a couple (or a few) days, not my week. How may I book?<br />
A. As an Owner you are entitled to book rental reservations at the discounted Owner rate<br />
of up to 30% off of the Best Available Rate. Although this discount is available to you for as<br />
many reservations as you choose to book throughout the year, the Owner rate is only for<br />
the deeded Owner up to two reservations at the same time.<br />

Float Owners may choose to split current weeks into 3 night and 4 night stays during the<br />
deeded year. Both reservations must be used within the current year as partial weeks do not<br />
rollover. An additional fee will apply to the second reservation.<br />
15. Q. My family/friend wants to use the resort, and I don’t want them to use my time.<br />
A. We offer the Owner Referral program. In this program, guests are given a discounted<br />
package to stay at the resort. Your referral will take a 90 minute resort preview. Should your<br />
referral purchase, you will receive a credit usable for your mortgage or Owner association<br />
fees. Please contact a Specialist in the Owner Referral department at 800-766-8455.<br />
16. Q. I received a Bonus Week certificate when I purchased, how can I use it?<br />
A. <strong>Westgate</strong> Rewards Bonus Week Certificate allows you to utilize timeshare vacation<br />
options prior to the actual start of your ownership. You may reserve either a Studio Villa,<br />
One Bedroom Villa, or Two Bedroom Villa at participating <strong>Westgate</strong> <strong>Resorts</strong>. This certificate is<br />
available for use from 6 and up to 18 months from the purchase date.<br />
17. Q. I own a holiday (event) week, but want to change my dates. How can I do that?<br />
A. Please be aware that because of the “fixed” status of your ownership, a pending reservation and<br />
reservation reminder are auto-generated by our system for the week which normally includes<br />
the holiday, or “event.”<br />
As an option, however, you may elect to “float your week to an alternate arrival date within the<br />
current year at the deeded home resort without an additional fee, if you notify <strong>Westgate</strong> at least<br />
thirty days prior to the arrival date. If requesting another Event Week, a fee is due to confirm.<br />
18. Q. Can I travel in a higher season or to a larger villa than the one I own?<br />
A. Yes. Upgrades are subject to availability and applicable villa upgrade fees and restrictions<br />
may apply. Please call a vacation specialist at 1-800-925-9999 or 407-355-1105 to discuss<br />
vacation options with one of our consultants. You can also place a service request online<br />
