Sending a Guest for a Reservation<br />
Fixed Ownership<br />
Fixed Owners can send a guest<br />
for a pending fixed reservation. If<br />
Owners choose to give a reservation<br />
to a guest through the website, the<br />
reservation is automatically updated<br />
in the MR system.<br />
Float Ownership<br />
Float Owners can also request to<br />
send a guest by adding the guest<br />
name in the “Special Request” field in<br />
the “Request Travel Dates” page.<br />
NOTE: The system will not allow the Owner to send a guest if the account number associated<br />
with the reservation is delinquent on Mortgage or HOA payments.<br />
Fixed & Float Ownership<br />
Fixed and Float Owners have the<br />
option to exchange their usage rights<br />
to another week at their home resort<br />
or other resorts. They can search for<br />
live availability prior to submitting a<br />
request. They must select the Resort,<br />
Room Type, # of Guests, Arrival Date,<br />
Departure Date and Usage Year.<br />
Credit Card must be added to process<br />
any applicable reservation fees.<br />
