5. Q. How long do I have to decide whether to bank my week with II or RCI?<br />
A. You must deposit your week at least 60 days in advance from the start of your week to<br />
avoid late deposit restrictions.<br />

If you are a Float Owner, this means 60 days before the end of your deeded season.<br />

If you are a Fixed Owner, this means 60 days in advance from your deeded week.<br />
Should your week be ineligible to deposit with an exchange company, you will have the<br />
option to bank your week with <strong>Westgate</strong> to be held for up to two years.<br />
6. Q. What does “deposit” or “bank” mean?<br />
A. Placing your week on “deposit” or “bank” with the developer, <strong>Westgate</strong>, or an external<br />
exchange company (such as Interval International or RCI) notifies us that you do not have<br />
intentions of using your ownership as deeded-either within the year or at the home resort.<br />
<strong>Westgate</strong> will hold your current year’s usage week, as a courtesy, for two years from the start<br />
of your usage week, with the required developer exchange fee (upgrade fees may apply) due<br />
when you get ready to use it.<br />
In order to deposit your week with an exchange company, please verify that your membership<br />
with the selected exchange company is up to date.<br />
Both Interval International and RCI will hold your current or future year’s usage week for two<br />
years from the start of your usage week with a required exchange fee, due upon use.<br />
7. Q. I’m not ready to use my week now or this year, what are my options?<br />
A. You may choose to deposit or bank your week with <strong>Westgate</strong> <strong>Resorts</strong>, or an exchange<br />
company (such as Interval International, <strong>Westgate</strong> Cruise and Travel, or RCI). There is a required<br />
developer exchange fee (upgrade fees may apply) due when you are ready to use your week.<br />
Please note: exchange companies have affiliation agreements with specific resorts.<br />

8. Q. I want to travel with <strong>Westgate</strong>, but not where I own. How can I do that?<br />
A. You may exchange to other <strong>Westgate</strong> properties by contacting a Vacation Specialist<br />
directly at (800)-925-9999 or 407-355-1105. The Resort check-in days vary by resort. The<br />
check-in days are Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Please be advised the developer exchange fee<br />
will be due at the time of booking (applicable fees and restrictions may apply). You can also<br />
place a service request online through your Online Account Management (OAM) account at<br />
www.westgateowners.com.<br />
9. Q. Can I make my monthly mortgage and HOA payments online?<br />
A. Yes. Visit www.westgateowners.com and proceed to the “<strong>Westgate</strong> Owners” section.<br />
Choose “Make Payment” and enter all required information.<br />
