<strong>Westgate</strong> Online Services<br />
Fixed Owners Confirming Reservation<br />
Once inside of OAM, Fixed Owners<br />
will have the option to confirm a<br />
pending fixed reservation. If Owners<br />
choose to confirm a reservation<br />
through the website, the reservation<br />
is automatically updated in the MR<br />
system.<br />
NOTE: The system will not allow the<br />
Owner to confirm a reservation if the<br />
account number associated with the<br />
reservation is delinquent on Mortgage or<br />
HOA payments.<br />
Float Owners Requesting a Reservation<br />
Float Owners have the ability to<br />
search live availability of all <strong>Westgate</strong><br />
resorts and once availability is<br />
confirmed they can request to book<br />
the reservation. Also, Owners are<br />
given the option to purchase Travel<br />
Protection for their reservation and<br />
input their credit card.<br />
NOTE: The system will not allow the<br />
Owner to confirm a reservation if the<br />
