MENTORING Two distinct components • Active <strong>Mentor</strong>ing • Establish a proactive mentoring process • Junior PHS nurses are matched with more experienced PHS nurses to provide career development and counseling • e-<strong>Mentor</strong>ing (COACHING) • Provides a mentee with guidance for an immediate need • Intended to be short-term • This type of mentoring is sought out by the mentee and is accessible via the CDS webpage
