The 70th Anniversary Celebration was held on November 2, 1990. The Chapter House was rededicated and<br />

named as AThe Muir Family Chapter House@ in honor <strong>of</strong> the family who gave inordinately <strong>of</strong> their time and resources<br />

to the chapter. ΑΤΩ National President Robert C. Knuepfer, Jr. gave the Keynote Address at the Celebration Banquet at<br />

the Ramada Inn.<br />

The 75th Anniversary Celebration was October 20-22, 1995. It included four Dedication Ceremonies: one at<br />

Throckmorton Hall with the Hollis House Plaque, commemorating the location <strong>of</strong> the Chapter House from 1947 to 1970;<br />

the second in front <strong>of</strong> the Chapter House with the presentation and unveiling <strong>of</strong> the 75th Anniversary Marker; the third in<br />

the Chapter Room, with the dedication <strong>of</strong> the 75th Anniversary Donors Plaque; and the fourth with the dedication <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Hall <strong>of</strong> Honor. The events concluded with a 75th Anniversary Banquet and Formal at the Wareham Opera House that<br />

included a slide show <strong>of</strong> the history <strong>of</strong> the chapter, the announcement <strong>of</strong> the first members <strong>of</strong> the Delta Theta Hall <strong>of</strong><br />

Honor and other commemorations.<br />

The first inductees into the Delta Theta Hall <strong>of</strong> Honor, as selected by the unanimous vote <strong>of</strong> the Delta Theta<br />

Hall <strong>of</strong> Honor Committee, composed <strong>of</strong> the Presidents (or designees) <strong>of</strong> the Chapter, Alumni Association, Building<br />

Corporation and Endowment Fund, were enshrined:<br />

James B. (J. B.) Angle<br />

Steve Patton was the Master <strong>of</strong> Ceremonies at the 75th Anniversary Banquet and Formal. Each <strong>of</strong> the four<br />

Corporation Presidents presented remarks: Dan Dow (Chapter President), Dick Fagerberg (Alumni Association<br />

President), Steve Johnson (Building Corporation President), and Bill Muir (Endowment Fund President).<br />

An historical slide show, produced by Brian Rader and Steve Patton, was presented. The keynote speaker was<br />

ΑΤΩ National President Wm. Brian Ruyle.
