DISSOLUTION. Whenever the members of this Corporation, by a vote of not less than three-fourth (:) of
the then members present at any meeting called for that purpose, notice of time, place and purpose of said
meeting, having been given in writing addressed to the last known address of each member, thirty (30)
days before said meeting, shall determine that it is no longer feasible to accomplish or carry on the
purposes for which this Corporation was formed, its affairs shall be wound up, its debts paid, and its
remaining assets shall be distributed in any manner agreed to by not less than three-fourths (3/4) of the
then members of this Corporation present at said meeting.
