3.2.2 M.Sc. ZOOLOGY (Course Code :02)
a. Eligibility for admission into course: A pass in B.Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects of
study.
b. Duration of the course: Two Years
c. Medium of Instruction: English only.
d. Course of Study: At the end of the first year, the candidate has to appear for the M.Sc Zoology
Previous examination. The previous examination consists of four Theory Papers and two
Practical Papers and final year examination consists of four Theory Papers and two Practical
Papers as given in the course structure. Each theory paper carries 100 marks without any
internal assessment component. The duration of examination for theory papers will be three
hours. Each practical examination carries 100 marks and the duration of examination will be
four hours.
