3.4.2 MASTER OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (M.H.R.M)(Course Code :23)<br />
a. Eligibility for admission into Course : The candidate should have passed any Bachelors<br />
Degree of this University or that of any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.<br />
b. Duration of the Course : Two years.<br />
c. Medium of instruction: The medium of instruction for the contact programme classes and the<br />
self instructional reading material supplied by the Centre for Distance Education will be in English<br />
only.<br />
d. Course of Study : The Programme consisting of the following 10 papers (including project<br />
work), which are spread over two academic years. The course structure is as follows .<br />

* Every student must submit two Assignments for each paper for the purpose of Internal Assessment<br />
which carry 25 Marks.<br />

Project Proposal: The proposal for project work should be prepared in consultation with the<br />
guide and it should be sent to the coordinator (Exams), CDE, ANU for approval within the stipulated<br />
time as shown in the academic schedule. The proposal should clearly state the significance,<br />
objectives, methodology, statistical techniques to be used, limitations if any and future<br />
directions for further research, etc.,<br />
Every student must prepare two copies of project report and should submit one copy to the Coordinator<br />
(exams), CDE, ANU and another copy may be retained by the sudent.<br />
