Chief Executive Offi cer until
August 31, 2005, when roles
of Chairman and CEO were
separated. Pierre Bellon
remained as Chairman of
the Board of Directors, a position
he still holds. He has been
Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Bellon SA since
February 2002.
Pierre Bellon and his children
control 68.5% of Bellon SA,
which holds 36.83% of Sodexo.

ASSESSMENT OF BOARD OPERATING
PROCEDURES
Following an assessment of Board
operating procedures conducted by
one of the Directors in Fiscal 2004,
a number of improvements were made
to the Board’s Internal Rules during
the following fi scal year, including
the location and length of meetings and
themed meetings. During Fiscal 2006,
Board members expressed an interest
in holding periodic meetings with
Group Executive Committee members,
and a series of such meetings was
scheduled. In September 2006, the Board
decided to conduct a new formal
self-assessment procedure. The results
of this assessment will be presented to
the Board during Fiscal 2008.
