The experience must be documented in Proposal, Section 2.1.1 (see<br />
<strong>RFP</strong>, Section 3.13.6.1).<br />
2. Have (or will have by Contract award) a Contract Manager with: Option<br />
(1) a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public<br />
administration, psychology, etc.) with two years experience in the<br />
performance <strong>of</strong> case management services, or services substantially<br />
similar to the services required in this <strong>RFP</strong>, OR Option (2) a minimum<br />
<strong>of</strong> three years experience in the performance <strong>of</strong> case management<br />
services, or services substantially similar to the services required in this<br />
<strong>RFP</strong>. (If the Contract Manager is not yet hired, the Contractor must<br />
include with its proposal the complete job specifications for this<br />
position.) The experience/job specifications must be documented, at a<br />
minimum, in the Proposal Section 4.1 (see <strong>RFP</strong> Section 3.13.8.1).<br />
3. Have (or will have by Contract award) a business <strong>of</strong>fice located within<br />
the County <strong>of</strong> Los Angeles, with a responsible person(s) to maintain all<br />
administrative records related to the proposed Contract and financial<br />
reports that are required herein. This information must be documented<br />
in the Proposal Section 2.1.3 (see <strong>RFP</strong> Section 3.13.6.1.3)<br />
4. Have (or will have by Contract award) a service <strong>of</strong>fice to serve<br />
Participants within the service area for which a proposal is submitted.<br />
This information must be documented in the Proposal Section 2.1.4<br />
(see <strong>RFP</strong> Section 3.13.6.1.4). Proposal submitted for service areas, 1,<br />
2, 3, 4, and 5, described in Attachment C, Technical Exhibits A-26, A-<br />
27, and A-28, are required to have (or will have by Contract award) one<br />
or more satellite <strong>of</strong>fices to serve Participants residing in portions <strong>of</strong> the<br />
service area with a low concentration <strong>of</strong> Participants. The County must<br />
pre-approve the location <strong>of</strong> the satellite <strong>of</strong>fice(s). Satellite <strong>of</strong>fices may<br />
be the equivalent <strong>of</strong> one cubicle or one private <strong>of</strong>fice with enough desk<br />
space to keep a computer and to interview a Participant is sufficient to<br />
serve the number <strong>of</strong> Participants residing in the satellite <strong>of</strong>fice area.<br />
The satellite <strong>of</strong>fice location must be strategically located in order to<br />
minimize Participant travel time and optimize accessibility. Upon<br />
Contract award, Contractor will be required to open one or more<br />
satellite <strong>of</strong>fices within the specified service area to provide<br />
comprehensive and adequate service to any and all refugees residing<br />
inside the area grid. These <strong>of</strong>fices will be in addition to the Contractor’s<br />
main <strong>of</strong>fice. This information must be documented in the Proposal<br />
Section 2.1.4. (see <strong>RFP</strong> Section 3.13.6.4).<br />
5. Have knowledge <strong>of</strong>, a good relationship with, and support from the<br />
community that is to be served as set forth in the Proposal Submission<br />
Requirements, Subsection 3.13.6.1.5 <strong>of</strong> this <strong>RFP</strong>. The detailed<br />
description must be documented in the Proposal Section 2.1.5.<br />
