REP RFP - Department of Public Social Services

For purpose of proposing, the County is divided into five (5) service areas.
Proposers shall submit a proposal for each of the service areas for which
they are interested in providing services and each proposal shall be
evaluated separately. Proposers will be required to operate one or more
satellite offices in their service area in order to minimize travel time for
Participants, and optimize accessibility.
1.3 OVERVIEW OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENT
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is composed of the following parts:
GENERAL INFORMATION: Specifies the Proposer’s minimum
requirements, provides information regarding the requirements of the
Contract and the solicitation process.
COUNTY’S POLICIES AND PROGRAMS: Specifies Federal, State and
County’s Policies and Programs Proposers shall adhere to and failure to
comply with may be cause for termination of a contract or initiation of
debarment proceedings against the non compliant Contractor.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Includes instructions to
Proposers in how to prepare and submit their proposal.
SELECTION PROCESS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA: Includes
information on how the proposals will be selected and evaluated.
