3.3.5 Cursor
The cursor (fig. 3-1, 8) of the tester takes on various forms depending on its present
function.

The "arrow" is the cursor form
with which you select functions
or buttons.
Controlled by touching the screen.
On VAS 5052, it is also possible to
use the mouse control.
The "hourglass" appears when
the tester is processing your
inputs.
No further inputs should be made
when the hourglass appears. Wait
until the cursor changes back to an
arrow.
The ”printer” appears when
you have sent a print command
to a connected printer by
pressing the ”Print” button.
No further inputs should be made
when this display appears. Wait until
the cursor changes back to an arrow.
