However, John 14:26 and John 14:16 contradict<br />
each other; in that, if 14:16 says another<br />
Comforter would be sent, then 14:26 is saying that<br />
the other one <strong>to</strong> be sent is the Holy Spirit/Ghost.<br />
This would <strong>me</strong>an that a <strong>to</strong>tal of two (2) Holy<br />
Spirits/Ghosts would have been sent. <strong>The</strong> usage of<br />
the word another in John 14:16 <strong>me</strong>ans that one<br />
already existed.<br />
Concerning another Holy Ghost <strong>to</strong> be sent, so<strong>me</strong><br />
Christians would defend this by saying the Holy<br />
Ghost was not on earth yet. Well, there are<br />
nu<strong>me</strong>rous instances in the <strong>Bible</strong> about the coming<br />
and going of the Holy Ghost before the birth and<br />
departure of the Messiah: Luke 1:15 (John the<br />
Baptist), Luke 1:41 (Elizabeth), Luke 1:67<br />
(Zachariah), Luke 2:26 (Si<strong>me</strong>on), Luke 3:22<br />
(Jesus).!!<br />
<strong>The</strong> Holy Ghost was helping Jesus in his ministry<br />
and helping his disciples on their missions of<br />
preaching and healing. If there is still any doubt<br />
about the workings of the Holy Ghost, then please<br />
read John 20:21-22:
