<strong>Quotation</strong>s are sought for an independent party
to evaluate the effectiveness of the North
Staffordshire Employment & Skills Service a
European Union, European Regional Development
Funded Programme. The evaluation will be a two
part report an initial baseline by 31 March 2013
<strong>and</strong> final report by 31 May 2013. The service has
provided advice <strong>and</strong> guidance to assist individuals
seeking employment. To date the project has
supported in excess of 2000 clients of which 293
have, following assistance, gone on to gain

<strong>Stoke</strong>-On-Trent City Council - Solar Photovoltaic
remote meter reading service for up to 130 properties.
Re-advertised due to the unsuccessful award of this
contract. This exercise is for the provision of remote
meter reading services for up to 130 Solar Photovoltaic
(Solar PV) installations in the city of <strong>Stoke</strong>-on-Trent. 57
of the meters are an EDMI Mk7 meter with the
remainder being fitted with an ELSTER AS230 meter. If
for any reason you are unable to provide a meter
reading service for either of the two meter types listed
but still wish to be considered for this opportunity,
please can you contact the council to discuss possible
solutions. <strong>Stoke</strong>-On-Trent City Council is seeking to
appoint an appropriately qualified organisation to
provide a service for an initial period of 12 months
from the award of contract with the possibility of an
extension for a further period.
<strong>Stoke</strong>-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint an
artist to create an innovative Public Art work

The service will ensure accurate meter reading of
the councils Solar PV installations, including timely
submission of the ???Feed in Tariff??? (FIT) claim.
To enable a fair <strong>and</strong> transparent assessment of
each submission, please provide us with your cost
per property per annum which meets the
minimum st<strong>and</strong>ards set out below. The minimum
st<strong>and</strong>ards expected of this service include:
a) Remotely reading each meter every month for
12 months
b) Submitting the meter readings to a FIT provider
every quarter
c) Providing the council with meter reading data
on a quarterly basis (using Microsoft Excel or any
other suitable format)
d) Email notification of any property that is not
generating electricity within five working days of
each monthly reading
Suppliers should be aware the contract will be
awarded to the lowest cost tender which meets
the minimum st<strong>and</strong>ards set out in A, B, C, & D
above. All interested parties should submit their
proposals no later than 5.00pm ??? 19th October
