meter reading services for up to 130 Solar Photovoltaic<br />

(Solar PV) installati<strong>on</strong>s in the city of <str<strong>on</strong>g>Stoke</str<strong>on</strong>g>-<strong>on</strong>-<strong>Trent</strong>. 57<br />

of the meters are an EDMI Mk7 meter with the<br />

remainder being fitted with an ELSTER AS230 meter. If<br />

for any reas<strong>on</strong> you are unable to provide a meter<br />

reading service for either of the two meter types listed<br />

but still wish to be c<strong>on</strong>sidered for this opportunity,<br />

please can you c<strong>on</strong>tact the council to discuss possible<br />

The service will ensure accurate meter reading of<br />

the councils Solar PV installati<strong>on</strong>s, including timely<br />

submissi<strong>on</strong> of the ???Feed in Tariff??? (FIT) claim.<br />

To enable a fair <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> transparent assessment of<br />

each submissi<strong>on</strong>, please provide us with your cost<br />

per property per annum which meets the<br />

minimum st<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>ards set out below. The minimum<br />

st<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>ards expected of this service include:<br />

a) Remotely reading each meter every m<strong>on</strong>th for<br />

12 m<strong>on</strong>ths<br />

b) Submitting the meter readings to a FIT provider<br />

every quarter<br />

c) Providing the council with meter reading data<br />

<strong>on</strong> a quarterly basis (using Microsoft Excel or any<br />

other suitable format)<br />

d) Email notificati<strong>on</strong> of any property that is not<br />

generating electricity within five working days of<br />

each m<strong>on</strong>thly reading<br />
