In the companies’ op<strong>in</strong>ion, the most urgent need for reform is evident <strong>in</strong> areas<br />
such as limit<strong>in</strong>g state bureaucracy, combat<strong>in</strong>g corruption, and simplify<strong>in</strong>g<br />
adm<strong>in</strong>istrative procedures. Other issues <strong>in</strong>clude the necessity to reform the<br />
education and tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g services, support small and medium enterprises and<br />
improve access to public procurement offers.<br />
