The ward has a population of 1708 people. Ward 13 has the lowest number<br />
of people in the constituency. The Ward has 1 primary school, 1 secondary<br />
school and 1 clinic.<br />
Education: The primary school in ward 13 is known as Dowa. The<br />
secondary school in the ward is Gwagwadza. The school is a day school<br />
which offers classes up to ‘O’ Level. Gwagwadza has a total enrolment of 249<br />
of which 102 are girls, 45 less than the enrolment of boys.<br />
Health Facilities: Dowa is the only health facility in ward 13. The clinic is<br />
characterised by 2 maternity beds and is owned by council.<br />

Chiunya, Chizawana, Madzingidzi, Maungwe, Mutendebvure and Tswatswa.
