Restoring productive wealth, value, and confidence
Small business indexes such as the National Federation of
Independent Businesses (NFIB) report that small business
confidence continues to drop. The NFIB reported that
confidence dropped for the sixth month in a row.
Expectations for real sales growth and general business
conditions were the major contributors to the decline. Coupled
with a continued decline in consumer confidence, as reported
by a recent University of Michigan report, a stagnant to
deteriorating economic environment is increasingly imminent.
The realization that there is no stimulus, public or private,
coming for the revitalization of consumer demand seems to be
settling in. No effective stimulus means fewer customers and
tight cash flow.
Productive wealth and a functioning consumer economy
remain captured in a web of Wall St. theft, counterfeiting,
fraud, prosecutorial non-accountability, drug-moneylaundering,
and malfeasance.
Debt that can never be paid back is not an asset. The holders
of the debt are insolvent. This parasitic, fraudulent wealth
accumulation destroys real value by diluting and corrupting
productive wealth and becomes most predatory toward the
weakest, the old, and the young, while damaging the general
economy, national and local.
As has been written many times in the last three years, until
the crimes of the financial industry, the too-big-to-fail banks,
are prosecuted, there will be no cleansing of the system, no
balancing of the scales, no sustained recovery, no resumption of
sufficient money on Main Street.
Finances require balancing in order to be coherent and
functional. If balance sheets are bogus, based on false or
fraudulent valuations, and a nation’s treasury is needed to
balance the accounts, no amount of austerity, taxation, or
cannibalization of public assets will correct the imbalance.
What other way is there to redress systemic imbalance other
than declaring the parasitical central banks insolvent and
allowing the FDIC to audit and resurrect the system?
As with any parasite, the host becomes convinced it cannot
get on without the parasite. In this case, parasitical debt creates
scarcity, which leads to fear and economic paralysis.
Fraudulent debt, open and unapologetic, results in a collapse
of trust and legitimacy in the economic system on many levels.
If the debts are determined to have been created through fraud,
the debts should be dissolved.
Civil court cases are under way. Criminal court cases should
follow nationally as will international tribunals. Just as the
banks attempt to liquidate or take balance sheet ownership of
properties to which they show no real title ownership, they also
attempt to force repayment of fraudulent debt worldwide.
They deserve more than fines and financial haircuts. Perhaps
their time is up.
Cell phone and texting-related collisions

Recent reports from the field reveal that the extent to which
cell phone usage and texting while driving is increasing the
number of vehicle collisions is significant.
Major insurance companies are expanding DRP capacity as a
result of the surge in business. What improved rear end lighting
took away from the industry, mobile texting and phone chatting
may give back.

accepting new shops into their programs to keep up with the
increase in demand. n
