• Lecture on “Experimental Methods in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics”<br />

• Quantum state preparation, trapping and cooling of neutral and charged particles<br />

• Experiments with single photons<br />

• Matter waves and atom interferometry<br />

• Atomic and molecular Bose condensates and degenerate Fermi gases<br />

• Quantum information with atoms, ions and molecules<br />

• Precision measurements and metrology<br />

• Atoms and molecules in ultra-short and ultra-strong laser fields<br />

Objective: Modern aspects of experimental research in Atomic, Molecular and<br />

Optical Physics.<br />
