Program provides ABE, ESOL, GED and high school diploma instruction to approximately 400
adults in Berkshire County annually.
Debbie O’Handley is the coordinator of the Family Literacy Program, a DESE-funded Pathways
agency. FLP is currently sharing space with PALC but is not part of the PALC. FLP also
employs two part-time staff.
