CareerPoint is a private, nonprofit corporation which brings together the
combined expertise of the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, the
Massachusetts Division of Career Services, Holyoke Community College,
the UMass/Donahue Institute, and the Department of Transitional
Assistance. Their mission is to develop a strong workforce system by
enhancing the competitive strengths of companies, improving the skills of
employees and jobseeker and expanding career opportunities for citizens
through economic development.

Jobseekers Service
Resource Library. Information on the labor market, job openings, schools and
training organizations. Fully equipped with computerized workstations, telephones,
Internet access, a career development library, and up-to-date job listings.
Workshops. Covering topics ranging from career exploration and job interviewing to
practical needs.
Individualized Career Counseling. The multicultural team of career counselors is
highly skilled at working with individuals from all walks of life and with all types of
career development needs.
