I. Headcount, Retention and Success Rates<br />
Definitions:<br />
Percentage Complete – Percentage of enrollments that resulted in a grade assigned of A, B, C, D, CR or Incomplete to a<br />
Letter Grade.<br />
Percentage Retention – Percentage of student enrollment retained in the course. Total students in the course divided by<br />
the students who did not withdraw from the course.<br />
Percentage Success – Percentage of students who succeeded in the course. Students who received a letter grade of A, B,<br />
C or CR divided by the total student enrollment in the course (excluding drops).<br />
II. Section and Enrollment Counts<br />
Definitions:<br />
Section Count – Number of sections (B‐Z tickets rolled into A ticket).<br />
