On Assignment: Central Oregon Ghost Towns Weekend of 2/1-2/3 $275
Newspace is hosting a very special two-day photographic expedition of Central Oregon’s
ghost towns with professional photographer Robert (Bob) Davis. Mr. Davis has an intimate
knowledge of Oregon’s historic settlements and special access to some of the more out of the
way sites – which will truly make this trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You’ll get to explore
abandoned sites rich with history and mystery – from old homes still housing faint remnants
of former tenants, to creaky jails, windswept outbuildings, to eccentric Victorian homesteads
and even the occasional tumble weed. Throughout the trip, Mr. Davis will work one-on-one
with each photographer, making sure everyone gets beautiful images. This is an incredible
chance to capture fantastic shots of unique locales as you receive instruction from a talented
guide and mentor. This trip is perfect for photographers at all levels who are ready to immerse
themselves in a true photographic adventure – and learn a lot in the process. Participants will
receive a detailed itinerary upon registration. Participants must be in good physical health and
able to walk on uneven ground. Instructor: Robert (Bob) Davis
