prepared meeting the standards of the applicable International <strong>Financial</strong> Reporting Standards, giving a<br />
truthful and appropriate image, in all material respects, of the assets and liabilities, financial position and the<br />
consolidated and individual results of the issuer and that the management Report faithfully describes the<br />
business evolution and position of the issuer and of the companies included in the consolidation perimeter<br />
and contains a description of the major risks and uncertainties that they face.<br />
