Pacemaker <strong>and</strong> ICD manufacturers are arranged in alphabetical order with devices organized in numeric sequence.<br />
Pertinent fac<strong>to</strong>rs relating <strong>to</strong> each manufacturer’s devices are referenced according <strong>to</strong>: model number <strong>and</strong> name,<br />
NBG or NBD code, X-Ray ID, pacemaker or ICD specifications, <strong>and</strong> Elective Replacement Indica<strong>to</strong>r (ERI).<br />
