at the University of Huddersfield and is

UKSG Committee since 2001, Graham
is UKSG Secretary and a member of the
Serials and Journal of Electronic Resource
Librarianship editorial boards. He is
editor-in-chief of E-Resources Management
Handbook and has recently written
a chapter on resource discovery for the
