information hot line for the environmental review currently underway for the proposed Canadian
National Railway acquisition of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railway. {English Recording only:

was served and published in the Federal Register on July 25, 2008. The Draft Environmental
Impact Statement is available on the Environmental Impact Study project website

the Draft Environmental Impact Statement closes September 30, 2008.
Comments can be recorded on this hotline, submitted in writing, or submitted on the Board’s
website.
