The sequence <strong>for</strong> the assembly of the tried-<strong>and</strong>-tested Hymer mobile <strong>towers</strong> has been<br />
redefined with the intention of considerably increasing the safety, functionality <strong>and</strong><br />
ease of use of mobile <strong>towers</strong>.<br />
A natural development of the tried-<strong>and</strong> tested stabiliser system with bayonet coupler<br />
considerably increases the stability of the mobile <strong>towers</strong>.<br />
The newly developed Hymer Lifter supports the safe fitting of guardrail bracings <strong>and</strong><br />
increases the feeling of safety <strong>and</strong> com<strong>for</strong>t in using the work plat<strong>for</strong>m. All tower<br />
combinations have the familiar details of the Hymer mobile tower range <strong>and</strong> significantly<br />
outper<strong>for</strong>m technical <strong>and</strong> statutory requirements. Com<strong>for</strong>t Assembly is initially<br />
available <strong>for</strong> mobile <strong>towers</strong> 6371, 6071, 6771 <strong>and</strong> 6472 of all sizes.<br />
The main elements<br />
of assembly:<br />
1. Fitting the bayonet<br />
coupler between the<br />
6th <strong>and</strong> 7th rungs<br />
of the 8 rung frame.<br />
2. Start the tower with 4<br />
rung frames, followed by<br />
8 rung frames.<br />
The sequence <strong>for</strong> the assembly of the individual tower sections is shown in the<br />
following sequence of images.<br />
Our detailed instructions <strong>for</strong> assembly <strong>and</strong> use are supplied with every Com<strong>for</strong>t<br />
Assembly. The relevant ballasting instructions must be observed.<br />
