The 2011 Legislature passed SJR 381, which will<br />

appear on the 2012 general election ballot as<br />

Amendment 4. The proposed constitutional<br />

amendment will require additional caps on<br />

non-homestead property, provide for significant<br />

additional homestead tax exemptions and<br />

repeal the so-called “Recapture Rule”<br />

associated with Save Our Homes. Come to this<br />

workshop to find out how these changes will<br />

mesh with previous property tax relief measures<br />

and what it might mean for your city if <strong>Florida</strong><br />

voters approve this amendment.<br />
