E. Harris Drew Award<br />
The E. Harris Drew Municipal Official Lifetime Achievement Award is<br />
bestowed upon a municipal <strong>of</strong>ficial who has, through service and<br />
commitment to excellence in municipal government, provided the very<br />
best to the citizens <strong>of</strong> <strong>Florida</strong>. This annual award is named in memory <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Florida</strong> Supreme Court Justice E. Harris Drew, who coined the <strong>League</strong>’s<br />
motto – “Local Self-Government, Keystone <strong>of</strong> American Democracy.”<br />
