Process Description<br />
1. For appropriate scanner and software compatibility<br />
please ask your local <strong>Straumann</strong> sales representative.<br />
2. The model situation is scanned with the <strong>Straumann</strong> CARES Scan CS2 scanner.<br />
3. The prosthetic part of the abutment is designed with <strong>Straumann</strong> CARES Visual.<br />
4. The data generated is sent to the <strong>Straumann</strong> milling center via the <strong>Straumann</strong> CARES Visual<br />
software or the <strong>Straumann</strong> CARES Webshop (for abutments only − http://cares.straumann.com)<br />
5. The customized abutment is manufactured at the <strong>Straumann</strong> milling center<br />
6. Express delivery to the dental laboratory in just a few working days.<br />
PROSTHETICS<br />
All final abutments are torqued into the implant at 35 Ncm.<br />
