EPR spectra were recorded at room temperature with BRUKER-
BIOSPIN EMX spectrometer operating at X-band (9-10 GHz). The EPR
parameters were set at 100 KHz modulation frequency, microwave power
0.5 mW, modulation amplitude 3 G; time constant 2.56 ms; scan time 60 s;
receiver gain 10 3 . Each sample was weighed and the concentration of free
radicals has been reported per 1mg of sample. The integral intensities of
EPR spectra were obtained by evaluating their double integrals using the
Origin 8 program.
