Dr. Guy Rosenstiel received his dental degree
from the University of Alabama School of
Dentistry and completed a general practice
residency at the Birmingham VA Medical
Center. He teaches continuing dental education
involving implant surgery and implant prosthodontics
to private practitioners and AEGD
residents through CIRP in Bessemer, Ala. His interests in IV
sedation, surgery and all aspects of general dental practice
enable him to continually enjoy his career as a dentist, both as

■ Dean H. Saiki, DDS
Dr. Dean Saiki graduated from the USC
School of Dentistry in 1988. He maintains a
private practice in North County San Diego,
Calif., specializing in cosmetic, laser, implant
and digital dentistry. He has been a member
of the ADA, CDA and San Diego County
Dental Society since 1989, as well as other
advanced study clubs including the Trojan Dental Study Club.
Dr. Saiki is trained and certified in dental soft tissue lasers

■ Dennis P. Tarnow, DDS
Dr. Dennis Tarnow is currently clinical
professor of periodontology and director of
implant education at Columbia University
College of Dental Medicine. Formerly, he was
a professor and chairman of the Department
of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry
at New York University College of Dentistry
(NYUCD). Dr. Tarnow has certificates in periodontics and
prosthodontics from NYUCD and is a Diplomate of the American
Board of Periodontology. He also has a private practice in
New York City. Dr. Tarnow has published more than
100 articles on perio-prosthodontics and implant dentistry,
co-authored several textbooks and lectured extensively in the
