Product Description<br />
<strong>Castrol</strong> <strong>GO</strong>-J <strong>90</strong> <strong>Gear</strong> <strong>Oil</strong> is a specially formulated extreme pressure<br />
gear oil for Mack transmissions, differentials and transfer cases. Also<br />
suitable for many truck, commercial vehicle and earthmoving<br />
applications where SAE 85W/<strong>90</strong> or <strong>90</strong>, API GL 5 specified.<br />
<strong>Castrol</strong> <strong>GO</strong>-J <strong>90</strong> <strong>Gear</strong> <strong>Oil</strong> is an SAE <strong>90</strong> API GL 5 gear oil and has<br />
excellent high temperature and extreme pressure performance<br />
characteristics.<br />
Product Application<br />
For certain transmissions, differential and transfer cases in Mack<br />
trucks and high temperature applications where an SAE <strong>90</strong> API GL 5<br />
gear oil is specified.<br />
• Suitable for all “Mack” transmissions, transfer cases and<br />
differentials and extends drain intervals from 80,000km or 1200<br />
hours to 120,000km or 1800 hours.<br />
• Not recommended for Eaton, Spicer Renault or Rockwell<br />
transmissions; although <strong>Castrol</strong> <strong>GO</strong>-J <strong>90</strong> <strong>Gear</strong> <strong>Oil</strong> meets API<br />
MT-1 for non synchronised manual transmissions those<br />
manufacturers prefer non extreme pressure transmission oils.<br />
• Suitable for differentials of cars, light commercials, trucks and<br />
earthmoving equipment where SAE 85W/<strong>90</strong> or <strong>90</strong> API GL 5<br />
gear oils are recommended.<br />

Health, Safety & Environment<br />
<strong>Castrol</strong> <strong>GO</strong>-J <strong>90</strong> <strong>Gear</strong> <strong>Oil</strong> is considered non-hazardous according to<br />
Worksafe. However, in line with safe handling practices, it is<br />
recommended that the handling instructions outlined in the <strong>Castrol</strong><br />
Material Safety Data Sheet be followed.<br />

Soak up using an inert mineral adsorbent<br />
such as <strong>Castrol</strong> Diatomaceous Earth and<br />
dispose of in the appropriate manner.<br />

removal is essential.<br />
<strong>Oil</strong>y materials must not be allowed to<br />
enter groundwater, watercourses,<br />

water based degreasers.<br />
