SOCW 2362 is an online course focusing on the introduction to the study of modern social work through the evaluation of social welfare policy, underlying
philosophy, ethics of social work, and the major division/ types of social work together with their methods and objectives. An orientation will be
conducted at 6:00 pm on Monday, January 14, 2013 in SS215. The orientation will be followed by a mandatory library tour at 6:45 pm in the library.
Students must have access to the Internet and the ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This course is offered through
