Bookstore – Things to Know<br />

Bookstore hours when classes are not in session will be<br />
7:45 am to 5:00 pm. The Bookstore will be closed for<br />
scheduled college holidays. To confirm store hours call<br />

Purchasing Books<br />
Textbooks and class supplies may be purchased in the<br />
bookstore located on campus in Moler Hall or on the<br />
<strong>Lee</strong> <strong>College</strong> Bookstore web page (www.leecollege<br />
books.com). Cost <strong>of</strong> books and supplies cannot be<br />
added to students’ tuition payment. Bookstore purchases<br />
must be paid separately. Forms <strong>of</strong> payment<br />
accepted in the bookstore are: cash, credit cards and<br />
financial aid. Checks are not accepted.<br />
The bookstore <strong>of</strong>fers new books, used books, electronic<br />
books, and rental books. We cannot guarantee The availability<br />
<strong>of</strong> any used or rental books cannot be guaranteed.<br />

Students may view textbook adoptions at the <strong>Lee</strong> <strong>College</strong><br />
Bookstore web page at www.leecollegebooks.com.<br />
Book Buy-Back<br />
As a service to students, the bookstore <strong>of</strong>fers to buy<br />
books no longer needed by the students. The bookstore<br />
will conduct a book buyback at the end <strong>of</strong> each<br />
semester. The following criteria determine prices paid<br />
for books: The bookstore will pay up to one-half (1/2) <strong>of</strong><br />
the purchase price for good condition books which are<br />
needed for sale in courses for the upcoming semester.<br />
Books not needed in courses for the upcoming<br />
semester, or books in excess <strong>of</strong> expected need, will be<br />
purchased at prices established by the used book company<br />
conducting the buy. Unfortunately, some books<br />
may not be eligible for buyback. The bookstore has no<br />
control over wholesale prices, publisher list prices, or<br />
publisher release <strong>of</strong> new editions.<br />

BOOKSTORE ONLINE<br />
Shop online at www.leecollegebooks.com for a selection<br />
<strong>of</strong> textbooks, books, gift items, personalized –<br />
clothing, school supplies, computers and computer<br />
s<strong>of</strong>tware, electronics, DVDs, music, and more.<br />
Return Policy – Books<br />
Textbooks: Students can receive a full refund during<br />
the first five (5) days <strong>of</strong> a semester or the first three (3)<br />
days <strong>of</strong> a mini semester with a cash register receipt.<br />
Thereafter, a full refund will only be given through the<br />
twelfth (12) class day with a cash register receipt<br />
and class drop slip. Study guides, test preparations,<br />
class room kits or school supplies are not refundable.<br />
No refunds or exchanges will be given on s<strong>of</strong>tware. Do<br />
not write in the book, open the shrink-wrapped books,<br />
or break pass code seals until you are certain you will<br />
use the book. There will be a mandatory $5.00 charge<br />
for all opened shrink-wrapped textbooks, if deemed<br />
refundable. All other merchandise may be returned<br />
within three (3) days <strong>of</strong> purchase with a cash register<br />
receipt. New merchandise must be returned in its<br />
new, saleable condition and in its original unopened<br />
packaging. Defective items will be replaced on an even<br />
exchange basis only. No cash refunds will be allowed.<br />
DO NOT MARK IN ANY BOOK UNTIL YOU ARE SURE<br />
YOU WILL NEED IT!<br />
All Other Merchandise<br />
Refunds on purchases other than textbooks will be<br />
allowed for 5 days from the date <strong>of</strong> purchase as shown<br />
on the cash regist er receipt. Receipts are required for<br />
refunds on all items. The merchandise must be in new,<br />
saleable condition and in its original unopened package.<br />
All defective items will be replaced on an even<br />
exchange bases only. No cash refunds will be allowed.<br />
