The subject development application was lodged on 18 April 2012. Following an initial<br />

assessment, the applicant was advised that the proposed development did not comply with<br />

the car parking requirements <strong>of</strong> the TPS38. The applicant subsequently provided additional<br />

information in support <strong>of</strong> the proposed car parking shortfall.<br />
