2011 Financial Highlights
Our strong financial performance in most
programs in 2011 allowed us to transfer the
budgeted amount into the Repair & Replacement
Fund and meet other obligations. Fundraising fell
short of budget in 2011.
We were able to give a small increment in February
2011 to most of our employees, but the 401K match
has not been reinstated.
As always, we express our genuine gratitude to our
wonderful donors who help make our programs
possible and affordable to scholarship recipients.
The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Endowment
Fund provided $136,561 in 2011 for scholarships.
In 2011, JCC scholarships and discounts totaled
almost $587,000.
As scholarship needs increase, it is challenging
to provide families with the assistance they need
when contributions and fundraising dollars are
limited.
