Corporate Objective 1: Delivering better homes<br />
In 2012/13 we<br />
• In 2012/13 we completed one double glazing s cheme, installed heating to<br />
one kitchen replacement scheme, and two heati ng 325 properties in<br />
installation schemes in <strong>Armagh</strong> City and District.<br />

• We commenc ed two kitchen replacement schemes, plan to commence<br />
one kitchen improvement scheme, one dou ble glazing 221 heating<br />
scheme, three heating installation schemes and on e fire installations in<br />
door scheme.<br />
<strong>Armagh</strong> 2013/14.<br />
• We plan to commence one kitchen replacement scheme, one double glazing<br />
scheme, one smoke alarm replacement scheme and three heating installation<br />
schemes during 2013/14.<br />
Corporate Objective 2: Supporting independent living<br />
• We commenced 23 adaptations to our stock in <strong>Armagh</strong> City and District in<br />
2012/13 and have a budget of £154K in 2013/14;<br />
• In the coming year we plan to complete Tenancy Support Needs Assessments<br />
with all new tenants and provide support as required;<br />
• We provide financial advice and counselling services fo r tenants, as required.<br />
Corporate Objective 3: Building stronger communities<br />
• We encourage all tenants to sign up to our Good Neighbour Agreement;<br />
• We work to deliver projects of a cross community nature including the Sha red<br />
Communities Programme;<br />
• We work in partnership with the stat utory, community and voluntary sectors in<br />
developing and delivering improved community safety at estate level;<br />
• We continue to implement the Building Relationships in Communities (BR IC)<br />
programme which aims to ‘put good relations at the heart of social housing’ ;<br />
• We continue to implement the Race Relations policy.<br />
Corporate Objective 4: Delivering quality services<br />
• We work to reduce rent arrears; We have restructured<br />
• During 2013/14 we will ensure our contract<br />
