In South Region we reduced rent arrears to £4.996 million by 31 st March 2013, falling short of the target of £4.871 million. Rent arrears in Newtownards District totalled £709,739 at March 2013. “The help and advice received from the hostel staff has been both informative and supportive. Having the back up of hostel staff on hand makes me feel more secure and this temporary placement is ideal for me.” Ms E.
