rehab after hospitalization. All therapies
are available seven days a week – whatever
your doctor prescribes to promote your recovery.
All private rooms with private baths, catered
meals, cable, phone, Wi-Fi Internet access.

Care Center. We are a community of six
distinct Households, each with its own kitchen
and dining area, its own living room, all-private
rooms, and an empowering, resident-directed
lifestyle that closely mirrors living in a private
home with family caregivers. Residents are
happier because they get to call the shots, much
as they did in their own

Assisted Living. Most of our residents shopped
around before moving in, and when you stop by
for a tour, many would be happy to talk with
you about why they chose to settle here.
We offer 59 comfy, secure apartments and a
menu of assisted living services for age 62+.
Choose from one or two-bedroom and studio
designs. Some are available through various
County programs (GRH, EW, CADI). The rest
are at moderate market rates.
One major benefit of living on our continuing
care campus is that if you should ever need
post-hospitalization rehab, you’ll always have
priority access to the Transitional Care Center
next door at Episcopal Church Home.
